Are you a Victim?

Victim mentality - it is actually an easy pattern to let go of once you have taken all that you need from it.

Once we see our part in a situation that may have left us feeling like a victim, we acknowledge the parts that were our choice amd bying doing this we then see that we cannot control the way others behave. Once this has been established the next step is self forgiveness and from there we regain our power.
